Introducing our latest team members, and how their work ultimately helps you.

Introduction

We’ve been busy over the past few months, both with developing our product and hiring new people to help us build awesome products and make your life easier. Today we’d like to introduce our latest team members, and how their work ultimately helps you.

Oh, and there are funny stories too.

Hamilton Chapman, Growth Engineer

“I hope to become a better developer as well as experience what it’s like to be a part of a growing tech company.”

Coming from the University of York with First Honours in Mathematics, Hamilton works on the internal projects and realtime tools that make our collective lives easier, but perhaps most importantly shapes the company through R&D, continually finding out ways to improve the way we work.

As a major football fan, Hamilton had previously played in the Football Youth World Cup. He’s also a Tottenham fan however, which lends more to intra-office football rivalry.

Loïc Dumas, Head of Customer Satisfaction

“I always get great satisfaction in helping others either by trying to sort out their problems, finding solutions or creating connections.”

We’re all responsible for your satisfaction with our service in some way, but Loïc is now taking charge of our efforts in this crucial aspect of our company. Loïc previously headed Paris-startup Mailjet’s UK office, supporting their clients and managing accounts.

A long-distance runner and lover of all things Japanese, Loïc also runs a network of French entrepreneurs in Britain which may be plotting the overthrow of the Queen, but that’s for another time.

Lauren Plews, Lead Designer

“I like that everyone is responsible for making a difference to the company and you can see the direct impact your work has on its success.”

As our in-house designer, Lauren takes up the mantle of helping build the Pusher brand through her artistic skills. Having previously worked at Jagex Games Studio, Lauren brings a surge in creativity to the office – as well as requests for her to take on all roles design, including – only half-jokingly – interior furnishing.

You can find out more about Lauren’s design work here.
